If the client wishes to proceed, a formal evaluation will proceed with written opinion as per INR Fee Schedule. Most work turn around typically within 7 business days. Circumstances arise that may extend this time frame. INR will always communicate any extended time frames. Rush cases are also available.
If INR is unable to provide requested services, we are happy to recommend other resources. No charge will apply.
You will be supplied with easy and immediate direct communication to the physician expert via centralized number, email, and physician’s personal cell number. In person consultation is also available as needed.
Appointment times are quickly arranged directly by physician.
